Only participants from the US eligible?

Hi,
in the rules it says that participants need to be legal residents of or incorporated in the fifty United States. How strict is this rule? What about mixed teams (one from the US and one from Europe)?

  From our perspective, the thing we care about is that we can only mail prizes to the United States.

  So non-US citizens can compete, they just cannot receive the prizes :-)

  How difficult is it to ship an Apple Watch out of US?? :-/ I'd still be participating in the competition though :-)

  As long as you have a US address to use, that will work
